UK Mainland Delivery

UK mainland delivery is free on orders over £50. Orders under £50 are charged at £5.99. Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Larger exhaust systems are shipped via pallet courier and typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

Delivery Area

We deliver to UK mainland addresses. If you are outside the UK mainland, please contact us before ordering and we will confirm whether we can fulfil your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Returns & Cancellations

Your 14-Day Right to Cancel

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. Let us know by email or phone, then you have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.

Refunds

We refund the price of the goods and our standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or of you showing us proof that you have sent them), using your original payment method. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost. If goods have been handled more than is needed to inspect them (for example fitted or test-fitted), we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

How to Return

Contact us at info@milltekshop.com or on +44 (0)161 776 0777 (option 3) with your order number. We will give you a Returns Notice Number and return instructions.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

Please tell us about transit damage or missing or incorrect items as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery. Where we have supplied the wrong goods, we cover the cost of returning them. Your statutory rights for faulty or mis-described goods are not affected.

Warranty

Milltek Sport provides the following warranty on its products:

• Lifetime Guarantee — on all cat-back, GPF-back, and rear silencer systems
• 2 Years / 80,000 km — on hi-flow catalysts, downpipes, and valved components
• 2 Years — on electronic products and accessories

The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal driving conditions and is valid for the original purchaser with proof of purchase. For full warranty terms, please contact us. This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
