Founded in 1983 by a true car enthusiast, Milltek Sport has grown from a small workshop into one of the world's leading manufacturers of performance exhaust systems. Every system is designed, developed and produced in-house at Milltek's purpose-built Advanced Manufacturing Centre in Derby, UK — using T304L aerospace-grade stainless steel, CNC mandrel bending, and robotic laser cutting to deliver products that perform as good as they sound.
Advanced Manufacturing & R&D
Milltek's £2.5M purpose-built manufacturing facility houses Multi-Axis Robotic Laser Cutting systems, All-Electrical CNC Mandrel Tube Benders, and Faro 3D Laser Scanners. Combined with R&D centres in Derby and a testing facility at the Nürburgring, every product is developed and tested on the actual vehicle to guarantee precise fitment and performance.

How long does delivery take?
Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. UK mainland delivery is free on orders over £50, and £5.99 below that. Larger exhaust systems ship via pallet courier and typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

You can cancel within 14 days of delivery, then you have a further 14 days to send the item back. We refund the price of the goods and our standard delivery charge; return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost. Contact us with your order number to arrange a return. Most Milltek Sport exhaust systems come with a lifetime guarantee. Hi-flow catalysts, downpipes, and valved components are covered for 2 years or 80,000 km. Electronic products carry a 2-year warranty. All warranty claims require proof of purchase from an authorised dealer. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
